This entire program was built with mamas in mind. All of the recommended exercises are home-based. No gym required. You can do this program while your baby sleeps, or include your children in your workout. 

Success In Seven

BOOTCAMP

This 7- week program focuses on proper form and fitness. Shred weight, tone up and feel energized. Meet online twice a week, to exercise with Shannon and other motivated women to cheer you on. During the rest of the week, you can follow along on our private app.

This exercise program includes 5 workouts/week (Monday - Friday) and nutritional recommendations.

Time Commitment: 150min/week

1:1 COACHING

This 7-week program focusses on a combination of fitness and nutrition. Enjoy seven 30-minute 1:1 motivational coaching sessions and learn about effective exercises and proper nutrition for weight loss and increased energy.

This program includes 5 workouts/week (Monday - Friday), seven 30-minute 1:1 motivational coaching sessions including nutritional counselling.

Time Commitment: 180min/week

AFTER BABY BODY

This 7-week program is geared for mamas after having children. If you want to get your body back, feel better, learn about pelvic floor health, sleep better, learn proper nutrition this program is for you.

This program includes a Healthy Weight DNA Analysis, seven 60-minute 1:1 motivational coaching sessions, full 5 day/week exercise program and nutritional counselling.

Time Commitment: 210min/week

I’m the Founder and CEO of Success In Seven and am uniquely qualified to help women get back to being themselves. I have been a Registered Kinesiologist in Public Health for over 10 years. I have developed, implemented and researched evidence-based exercise programs. I have a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia. I am also a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.

In my most treasured role as a mama, I walk the walk. I have been there and that is exactly why I am so passionate about what I do and being with you every step of the way. Without a full cup, we can’t pour love into our families. Let’s fill yours.
