Hi, I'm Shannon.

Owner and CEO of Success in Seven. My goal as a mother and kinesiologist is to uplift and motivate women to invest in their health throughout the early years of motherhood.

Having postpartum with both of my daughters and having a hard time learning how to cope, I completely understand how mothers feel overwhelmed and exhausted. I also understand how hard it is to get a good night's sleep, eat well and lose the excess baby weight.

Success and seven is a 7-week virtual wellness program that helps mothers overcome the emotional and physical changes they may experience to get back to being themselves.

Based on seven core pillars, Success in Seven puts you back in control through women's health, fitness and weight loss focussing on where you are at on your journey. The program also helps to normalize mental health and eliminate the stigma attached.

Women will gain total body strength, understand how proper nutrition works as medicine, learn the power of the mind and ultimately gain back their confidence.
